Thermographic Radiometry

The MTS thermographic radiometric (TR) solution incorporates a thermal camera with a built in microbolometer that allows us to measure and alarm on abnormal skin temperature measurements. With the microbolometer, we can measure radiometric readings without the use of a reference source, such as a black body radiator. This capability, coupled with multiple lens options, allows our solution the ability to read temperatures at greater distances (over 25 feet) and multiple people at the same time (detection times are less than 1 second). This solution makes it ideal for organizations who need to measure skin temperatures without greatly changing egress procedures and for high volume and high traffic conditions.
